**Good to Know**

🟢 We understand that plans can change. Cancel your booking 1 hour or more before your scheduled pickup time and any advance payment made will be refunded in full in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

🟢 If you need to cancel within 1 hour of your scheduled pickup time but your chauffeur has not yet commenced the journey towards your pickup location, any advance payment made will still be refunded in full.
