At Dawa Exec Ltd, we aim to make payment simple, secure and convenient.
Depending on the type of booking, payment may be taken as a deposit, in full before travel, or by another agreed payment method.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Debit Card
- Credit Card
- Contactless Payment
- Secure Online Payment Links
- Bank Transfer
- Cash (where agreed)
Airport Transfers
Airport transfer bookings require payment in full no later than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time or scheduled flight arrival time.
This allows us to confirm your booking, allocate a driver and ensure a smooth collection process.
Cancellation and refund rights remain subject to our Cancellation Policy and Passenger Booking Contract.
Non-Airport Pre-Booked Journeys
For most standard pre-booked journeys, a booking deposit is required to secure the reservation.
The applicable booking deposit is:
- £10 for bookings up to £70
- £20 for bookings exceeding £70
The deposit forms part of the total fare.
The remaining balance is normally payable before or upon commencement of the journey unless otherwise agreed.
Hourly Hire Bookings
Hourly hire bookings are charged based on the number of hours reserved and confirmed at the time of booking.
The applicable hourly rate will be quoted and agreed with the Passenger before the booking is accepted.
Different hourly rates may apply depending on the vehicle selected, date, time, location, journey requirements, waiting time, airport access charges, parking charges and any additional services requested.
Hourly chauffeur hire bookings normally require payment in full no later than 24 hours before the booking commencement time unless otherwise agreed.
Any additional hours requested during the booking will be charged at the applicable hourly rate in force at the time of the booking.
Any waiting time, parking charges, airport charges, tolls, congestion charges, ULEZ charges or other agreed costs may be charged separately where applicable.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, hourly hire bookings are subject to driver working time limits, legal rest requirements and vehicle availability.
ASAP Bookings (As soon as possible bookings)
ASAP bookings require payment of the full quoted fare before a driver is allocated.
This allows Dawa Exec Ltd to immediately dispatch a suitable driver and vehicle.
Where an ASAP booking is cancelled within 5 minutes of driver allocation, a refund will be issued less a £12 administration and dispatch charge, reflecting the costs incurred in allocating and dispatching a driver and vehicle.

Payment Links
For customer convenience, Dawa Exec Ltd may provide secure payment links by email, SMS, WhatsApp or other approved communication methods.
Payment links are processed using authorised third-party payment providers.
Customers should only make payments using payment links issued directly by Dawa Exec Ltd.
Cash Payments
Cash payments may be accepted for certain bookings where agreed in advance.
Where a booking balance remains outstanding, payment may be requested before or at the commencement of the journey.
Drivers may refuse to commence a journey where payment arrangements have not been satisfied.
Refunds
Approved refunds are normally returned using the original payment method used for the booking.
Refund processing times may vary depending upon the payment provider, card issuer or banking institution.
Refund eligibility is governed by the Dawa Exec Ltd Cancellation Policy and Passenger Booking Contract.
