Cancellation Summary
For your convenience, a brief summary of our cancellation policy is provided below:
- Airport Arrivals: Cancel 2 hours or more before your flight’s scheduled landing time for a full refund.
- Airport Departures: Cancel 1 hour or more before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund.
- Hourly Chauffeur Hire: Cancel 24 hours or more before the booking start time for a full refund.
- Deposits: Standard bookings may require a £10 deposit (journeys up to £70) or a £20 deposit (journeys over £70). Deposits form part of the total fare.
- ASAP Bookings: Cancellations made after dispatch processing has commenced may be subject to a £12 administration and dispatch fee, with any remaining refundable balance returned where applicable.
