**Good to Know**

🟢 We understand that travel plans can change. Cancel your airport transfer 2 hours or more before your scheduled flight landing time (arrivals) and any advance payment made will be refunded in full in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

🟢 If your flight is delayed and a valid flight number has been provided, we will monitor your arrival and adjust your pickup time accordingly.

🟢 Need to amend your booking? Simply let us know as soon as possible and we’ll make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

**Reservation & Confirmation**

🟢 Following your booking request, we’ll send you your quotation together with payment instructions. Payment in full or by deposit will confirm your reservation, with any remaining balance payable before or at the commencement of your journey.

🟢 Once payment has been received, you can leave the rest to us, knowing your chauffeur will be ready for your scheduled airport transfer.
